  • Cheeses (Both Hard and Soft)

Nuts and Seeds

Fatty, low carbohydrate nuts. (Limit cashews, almonds and peanuts)

Water and Beverages

Water. Only drink when you’re thirsty
Bone broth is best
Will help to improve mental focus.  Please use keto creamers. 

Coconut/Almond milk. Unsweetened
